Ludwig O. Federigan is a dynamic and an after sought speaker, reaching audiences with an entertaining message of practical optimism: our common world under climate change, but we have the tools, resources, and creativity to create a sustainable world.

he is the Executive Director of the Young Environmental Forum and part of the Climate Reality Leadership Corps of The Climate Reality Project. He has spoken both in local and international engagements in Germany, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam, bringing with him his ideas on the environment, climate change, sustainability and leadership. A one-time TEDx speaker, and in partnership with various student- and youth-led organizations, he has graced over 70 speaking engagements and have reached over 14,000 people, most of them represents our youth of today.

A Povaddo Global Opinion Leader, he has over 25 years of experience in the intersecting fields of business, community development, and environmental activism – as a corporate executive, an entrepreneur, a communicator, and an educator.

He received his BS Engineering from Don Bosco Technical College, an MBA from the University of San Carlos, and Strategic Business Economics Program from the University of Asia & the Pacific. Last year, he was awarded full scholarships to attend executive programs on climate change and development at the University of East Anglia (United Kingdom) and sustainability leadership at Yale University (USA). He also completed professional courses on logistics and supply chain management, sustainable consumption & production, green energy and climate finance, leadership and cultural intelligence, at the PUM Entrepreneurs for Entrepreneurs (The Netherlands), Asian Institute of Technology (Thailand), TERI University (India), Renewables Academy (Germany), and Common Purpose Asia-Pacific (Singapore).

A 2017 Yale Sustainability Leadership Fellow, he is also a recipient of the Miguel R. Magalang Individual Climate Leadership Memorial Award by The Climate Reality Project Philippines and the Dangal ng Kalikasan Award by the Mister Earth Philippines Organization in recognition of his numerous acts of leadership in the global climate movement and to be a constant inspiration to our young people.

He was selected recently as one of the Mentors, the only Filipino, of the 2018 Queen's Young Leaders Program under the University of Cambridge.
