Alexandra Luengas

My name is Alexandra, I am a clinical psychologist, with technical training in the area of health, I work as a group trainer and staff developer, applying skills potentialization, aseptation therapy and commitment, and mindfulness techniques, seeking to optimize the individual resources through the full awareness of the here and now.

I have five years of experience in the management and intervention of groups in clinical and corporate contexts, in addition to the participation in the process of human management in the organizations. Incorporating, profiling and developing the staff implemented social networks and new technologies that allow me to access, contact and train through alternative channels to people.
