lover of nature and it`s beatuty, i have a passion for food and the art it potrays. i am a first year at university of johannesburg studying food and beverage operations, i am a down to earth person and a hard worker who is allways willing learn new things from diffrent people daily, i am truely motivated and inspired by one of my major module gastronomy which has taught me that "food is not only about cooking or the ingredients. it is about innovation, there can be no process in cusine without ideas". as a future manager i am wiiling to bring change within the food industry and make people to view food in a different prespective.
