Andrew Lugsdin

Andrew Lugsdin is a seasoned venture capital investor with over 20 years of experience in technology and startups. He is a Co-Founder and Partner at FRAMEWORK Venture Partners, where he focuses on early-stage software companies, particularly B2B SaaS leveraging machine learning. Prior to FRAMEWORK, he was a Partner at the BDC IT Venture Fund. His career also includes founding a consulting firm for early-stage high-tech companies, leading sales at a venture-backed company, and working as a software engineer at Nortel Networks. Andrew is also a Partner at Brightspark Ventures and a Director at Cymax Group. Outside of his professional career, Andrew is a highly accomplished Ultimate Frisbee player, being the first Canadian inducted into the Ultimate Hall of Fame, and has won multiple national and world championships with teams like Furious George and Team Canada.
