Digital, transformation and innovation leader, with more than 20 years of cross-functional business experience in the consumer goods (FMCG) and consulting services industry in several multinational Fortune 500 companies. I have been leading the digital strategy for JTI - Japan Tobacco International for 15 years in its HQ and successfully implemented extensive infrastructure, document and enterprise content management projects, have created and led a software architecture and digital mobility division with more than 140 mobile apps deployed in 3 years.I have been leading the Digital Customer eXperience Center of Excellence at Capgemini Switzerland, providing strategic digital consulting services to prestigious Fortune 500 customers.I have recently joined Honeywell International in January 2018 as a Digital Transformation Officer with a special transformation focus on Commercial Excellence, Sales & Customer Services and Marcom business divisions. I am based in Geneva, Switzerland.Contributed in reaching 90% digital maturity level in one of my past achievements.I have hands-on knowledge in technologies such as Mobile and media services, 3D Augmented reality and Mobile Backend as a Service (mBaaS), iBeacons, IoT, Mobile analytics, as well as in SAP mobile & SAP Fiori.With demonstrated leadership capabilities in leading geographically dispersed teams, I have managed vendors throughout the entire lifecycle, was responsible for outsourcing and offshoring and for program and large budget management. I have consistently excelled in execution and delivered above expectations.
