In today's economic environment, responding to the financial direction of a company is an intense personal experience that can be full of enthusiasm and satisfaction, critical situations and frustration, but which I am accustomed to perform.
However, based on my academic background and, above all, my professional experience, I advocate that in order to achieve the success of a company, it is essential to have a close articulation between the CFO and the CEO, in order to align two cultural levels Companies: the company and the financial department.
Defining objectives, priorities, deadlines and strategies, together with the CEO, is the challenge that I always propose to gradually incorporate into the processes of every company and thus achieve good results, the ultimate goal of any company.
Each professional has his or her own trajectory and each company has an organizational culture that requires very special skills and dedication, which I am certain I have. I would like to have the opportunity, in an interview, to give know my professional and personal profile.
