I was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia. I moved to the United States with a dream of learning and helping people become more connected to their hearts. My message is simple: "You have the Power to create and Change your life the way you want to".

I am dedicated to sharing knowledge that I have aquired over many years of studies. I want to help my students achieve a healthy, happy and balance lifestyle.

My purpose is to inspire people. I have created a business where I teach my clients about holistic living. This includes treating the physical body with organic herbs and detoxification programs among other things. I treat the mind by helping clients begin an intensive practice of self-inquiry revealing the source of self-limiting beliefs that rob us of joy and create needless suffering. I am a Kundalini Yoga teacher and help to treat spirit by teaching yoga and meditation and helping my clients connect back to their heart, the source of everlasting knowledge.
