Main experience as an IT Support Engineer Lead and Business Analyst within the banking sector at Citi. In this role, I endure quality assurance, service continuity, maintenance, and troubleshooting of backend, middleware, and open-shift applications across various banking payment platforms and services, such as Direct Debit, Protected Collections, Portability, Fund Transfer, SPEI, SPID, Cross Border, Interbank, Payroll, CoDi, Swift, BDTT, and others.
Passionate about animal welfare, photography, and social justice, I had participate in various artistic and philanthropic initiatives, including civil organizations and nonprofit projects. Currently actively contributing with TECHO MEXICO as a volunteer.
Having a chance to work and travel over seven countries so far has imbued me with a profound awareness of our responsibility to effect positive change through collective action.
