Hello! My name is Luis and I use they and them pronouns. I am a content creator, food influencer, culture & food writer, podcaster, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) professional working in the higher education sector. I currently live on occupied Keyauwee and Saura Indigenous lands on Turtle Island, known as Greensboro, North Carolina in the United States of America.

I am a creative person who credits theatre and the performing arts for teaching me creativity and collaboration. I am queer and Mexican-American who moves through this world holding these and other intersecting identities.
