Luís Cambra

Hey,

I’m Luís Cambra, a Sommelier based in Andermatt, Switzerland, working at The Japanese by the Twins at The Chedi Andermatt.

My work is centred on the creation and development of beverage experiences within fine dining — bringing together wine, sake and tea through pairing, storytelling and service.

With a background in Restaurant & Beverage Management and professional wine education through WSET and the Court of Master Sommeliers, I’m particularly interested in the space where technical knowledge, creativity and hospitality meet.
Beyond the restaurant, I continue to explore fine wine, Japanese beverage culture, tea and the evolution of modern beverage programmes, with the ambition of developing internationally within beverage leadership.
