Greetings, I’m Luiz Flavio. I’m a Learning Consultant living in São Paulo, Brazil. I am a fan of technology, travel, and design. I’m also interested in sports and innovation.

I have joined IBM in 2002 based on the acquisition of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. I have more than 15 years of experience in consulting to Fortune 100 enterprise firms in several industry segments.

My expertise is to act as a Learning and Perfomance consultant and Organizational Change specialist. For the last 5 years I have been working in IBM as head of client facing careers being responsible for deploying global development strategies for Latin America.

My current interest is how design thinking, technology, artificial intelligence and innovation impact user experience.
