Lukasz gogolewski established a network of activities among the analysts ensuring that there is proper linking from one work phase to the other and that each analysts does what has been assigned to him or her. As a leader of the group, the “whole picture view” was my first assignment before sectionalizing it in to work phases to get the best out of my team and the second assignment was to ensure an excellent feedback.
