Luke Jones

Luke Jones is a United States Air Force Production Superintendent at the 373rd Training Detachment at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina. With over twelve years of leadership experience, he uses management skills learned throughout his career to create class schedules, build teams, and coordinate maintenance training for 45 instructors and over 700 students annually. Luke uses his positive attitude and life experiences to help his teams build stronger relationships, leading to recognition and success. His dedication to his teams has led to the accomplishments of Squadron Team of the Year, Group Maintenance Manager of the Year, and Wing nomination for the Young Leadership Award at Air Mobility Command. Luke draws his inspiration from his wife and their three children. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, playing golf and softball, and attending football and baseball games.
