A large portion of my practice is dedicated to intellectual property and related business litigation. I have worked with a broad range of technologies throughout my career including: computer software and hardware, business methods, Internet applications, chemical and pharmaceutical, and automotive parts. In addition to my extensive patent litigation experience, I have also litigated technology licensing disputes, trademark and copyright infringement cases, and trade secret cases.
