Wooden Coaster
I am Structured.
From the start, my ideas are plotted on a blueprint.
I am built of nails and wood and they will be the foundation of my writing.
Each part of me methodically placed to create a masterpiece.
After I am built, the reader hops on the train to be ready to be thrilled.
The introduction is a long chain lift, and as you arrive at the peak the rider drops right in to the body paragraphs.
With each twist and turn in these paragraphs, the rickety train turns on the bent steel tracks, some turns smooth and some jagged.
The momentum begins to lessen, the brakes stop the train, and all my main points are brought to a conclusion.
As a writer I am a wooden roller coaster.
