Luke Longarzo

Graduate Student in Aeronautical and Astronautical in Los Angeles, California

I’m a graduate student in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering at Purdue University focused on controls, astrodynamics, and space applications. My work combines hands-on engineering with mission design, trajectory optimization, and aerospace systems development.

I’ve contributed to projects through the Purdue Space Program and collaborated with Blue Origin on a payload approved for launch aboard New Shepard. My experience includes CAD, Python, Arduino systems, manufacturing, and low-thrust spacecraft trajectory optimization.

I’m passionate about building technologies that advance space exploration and support humanity’s future beyond Earth. Outside of engineering, I enjoy skiing, scuba diving, travel, and staying connected to the growing space industry.
