Luke has spent the last decade managing money and relationships at the centre of business and government. He has promoted foreign investment, negotiated agreements on resource projects and helped grow Aboriginal investment trusts. Luke leveraged his graduate work on public - private partnerships to help manage more than a quarter billion dollars in capital spending. Through these experiences, Luke has developed a keen interest in what happens when government and business go head to head. Luke holds an MA in Public and International Affairs and a Bachelor of Engineering. Luke grew up in Nova Scotia, but after working and studying in Asia, Africa and five Canadian provinces, he currently calls Yukon home.
