I've been known to take pictures and show them to other people, or just look at them myself. Some even get thrown away.
I had breakfast for dinner today. Of course, if you are reading this tomorrow, I had it yesterday. After that, simply count back how many days have occured since this was written to get a fairly accurate measurement of the time that has elapsed since my consumption of the meal in question.
