I've traveled a bit (many states, Argentina, Namibia) and worked some great jobs (baker, lab manager, NCCC, tutor) and am very excited to be a science teacher. There is no more worthwhile investment than a high quality education for our community's children.

I have been working with 9th graders, helping them to develop their critical thinking, and their ability to construct and dissect arguments. There's not much greater feeling than seeing students grow.
