A community management professional with Capital Consultants Management Corporation's SouthWood Residential Community Association, Luke Kenzik contributes to the maintenance and development of safe and enriching neighborhoods. He recently accepted a position as portfolio manager for four new communities in and around Dallas, Texas, having served for the past year as operations manager for the company's Tallahassee, Florida, operations. In this role, Luke Kenzik refined the community's architectural review methodology while keeping operations within budget. He accepted this position after two years with the SouthWood team, initially as recreation attendant and subsequently as maintenance manager.

Luke Kenzik holds a bachelor of science in economics from Florida State University, where he completed a business minor. He also holds active licensure from the Regulatory Council of Community Association Managers in Tallahassee and continues to develop his professional skills through experience. He balances his career responsibilities with an active personal life that includes water sports, fishing, and volunteering at his local food bank. An avid athlete as well, Mr. Kenzik plays both football and basketball.
