Luke Marquez

I am a theatre maker, producer and workshop facilitator specialising in experiential theatre and arts education.

I am producer and director for Wrong Shoes Theatre Company. We create performances in both conventional and non-conventional spaces, aiming to engage audiences in new ways, and immerse them in the world of the performance. We have an open and experimental approach to creating theatre and we are also commited to engaging local communities in contemporary theatre performance and practice.

I also work as an arts leader for a wonderful theatre and have lectured in performing arts and theatre studies in further education, as well as delivering regular workshops for private theatre schools. I also provide one to one tuition both in academic and practical areas of study, as well as providing audition support.

I specialise in contemporary theatre practices and always looking to engage with other artists to create work.
