Hello, I'm Luke Nyswonger, previously rooted in the Greater Seattle area but now embracing the vibrant lifestyle of sunny San Diego as of 2024. My career in the tech industry spans over two decades, with a specific emphasis on content strategy, technical writing, and program management. I have had the privilege of working on impactful projects at esteemed companies such as Microsoft, Hootsuite, and Avalara. My primary focus has always been to improve customer engagement and distill complex technical concepts into easily understandable information.

One of my notable projects outside of corporate roles is Homebrewing.ai. As a homebrewer myself, I created this platform to experiment with how artificial intelligence can optimize beer brewing. It's where I share insights, results, and practical advice, bridging the gap between technology and a centuries-old craft.

Professionally, I'm a Principal Content Manager at Microsoft, managing technical documentation for Azure for Operators. My role involves making detailed information accessible and understandable, aiding in customer adoption and product usability.

My career has also given me the opportunity to support transitioning veterans, drawing from my own experience as a US Navy veteran. I advocate for the value they can bring to the tech world, especially in roles that require discipline, adaptability, and precision.

In all my roles, I prioritize clear communication, practical solutions, and real-world results. I believe in using technology not just as a tool for business, but as a way to enhance hobbies, connect communities, and support continuous learning.

Feel free to connect with me professionally on LinkedIn, GitHub, Medium, or join me on Homebrewing.ai for a different kind of conversation.
