My career as a compere began in the Noughties when I was a live TV presenter - I’ve hosted over a thousand public, private and corporate entertainment events since.

I've also produced some award-winning brand films and host / speak / judge on filmmaking and advertising.

  • Every minute presenting “Quiz Nation” before the live quiz TV bubble burst.
  • Imparting dating wisdom (?) as “Love Guru” for BBC Radio 2, 5 & Asian Network.
  • Sharing a ring with battered boxers hunched over a chessboard for “Chessboxing”.
  • Hosting a fascinating Derren Brown “Trick or Treat” dating experiment for Objective / Channel 4.
  • Entering thousand-seater sport stadiums on the back of a robot to present “Robot Wars Roadshow”.

EXPERIENCE:

QUIZMASTER - QUESTION ONE - 2006 TO DATE

  • Host of over a thousand public, private and corporate entertainment formats (in person and online) for clients including Chessboxing, Francis Holland School, Google, Langham Hospitality Group, Make It Ealing, PwC, RAK Studios, The Queen's Club and Young’s. As one of the company's first comperes I’ve helped us grow to 175 venues per week internationally and assess prospective / new hosts.

INDUSTRY SPEAKER - FILMMAKING - 2016 TO DATE

  • Host, speaker and jury at filmmaking and advertising industry events including Aesthetica Short Film Festival, Campaign’s Brand Film Festival and Soho House.

PRESENTER - 2005 TO 2010

  • Live and pre-recorded TV, corporate films and entertainment events ranging from speed dating and boat parties to corporate networking and conferences. Clients included Carphone Warehouse, MTV Hits / TMF, The Press Association, Robots Live! Robot Wars Roadshow, Rowntrees and Shreddies.
