I am a feisty Cuban-American wife, mom, and entrepreneur with more than fifteen years’ experience in marketing strategy, business consulting, and leadership.

Drawing from my experience in the nonprofit, academic, and corporate sectors as well as my own entrepreneurial journey, I help professional women get over the guilt, self-doubt, and fear that stops us from truly living the happy lives we are meant to enjoy.

Through my energetic, thought-proviting talks, I share my real-life stories about being an entrepreneur, mom, and wife while maintaining a passion for family and work. My message of empowerment, leadership, and confidence has reached thousands of women all around the country, including clients and partners like Procter & Gamble, Macy’s, Dell, and Televisa.

I am also the president of Chispa Marketing, a Miami-based boutique marketing firm dedicated to helping businesses get noticed without spending a fortune.
