Shelly Harrison has spent over 25 years in the banking industry as a Vice President/Branch Manager for two major banks in California. Over the years, she received numerous awards for her teams Extraordinary Service and for her outstanding management performance, including Manager of The Year and Highest Franchise Growth in California. She sphere-headed many projects that were adopted by Senior Management of the bank and her projects were delivered company wide. She then moved into the mortgage industry as a Sales Manager, where she realized her deep passion to brand others and creating/producing events.

Shelly and her business partner are co owners of Luminary Leaders and ETC Women’s Networking, LLC in Corona, California, two companies- working in tandem. Luminary Leaders represents talented speakers and public figures as well as event production and sponsorship procurement. The company also contracts for women’s conferences and creates & promotes events/workshops/teleclasses and webinars for their clients.

ETC Women’s Networking, LLC operates as a women’s networking group in the Inland Empire and Orange County, empowering women in business to be successful personally and professionally.

Peggy Ricks’ background is that of a personal image and color consultant. She has been a California Certified Image Consultant for over thirty years. In her career she has taught classes on the art of dressing according to a particular color palette, given seminars to business organizations, and workshops for women’s groups. Adding to her resume is that of co-Director for ETC Women’s Networking, and co-owner of Luminary Leaders (boutique speaker services). This is a perfect dove-tail for her passion of not only assisting clients in finding their inner beauty but also bringing dynamic business women together to build personal and professional relationships.
