My name is Lungile Nkomo, currently doing my third year towards a Bachelor of Education degree at the University of Johannesburg I am also a mother currently living in Midrand, South Africa. My interests range from education to cooking. I am also interested in baking, outdoors, and movies. I chose to become a teacher so that I could have a positive impact on the coming generation, change the society for the better, I want to be the kind of teacher who brings out hope and confidence in learners for them to achieve whatever goals they have in life, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Growing up I have always been surrounded by teachers who were dedicated to their work, not only in academics but towards the well-being of the learners as well and that inspired me to also do the same with the learners I will be teaching, I am a reserved person and I believe this career will challenge me to come out of my comfort zone.
