I've started the College with Business Management classes and completed tertiary education as Tourism Bachelor. Continuing, I specialized in: Social Environmental Responsibility via FGV Business School, graduate degree Lato Sensu in Business/Project Management and Master Business Administrative in Social Media - Marketing/Events.

Along of my career, I worked in some different positions and sectors, on a trajectory which began: as Bar/ Restaurant Waitress, Events Hostess, Events Coordinator up to Hotel Supervisor. I've also work in some important events, namely: (Expotur/ES, Stone Fair - Marble and Granite/ES, XXXIV National Federation Symposium of Caixa Econômica Federal).

Today I'm a Micro Entrepreneur, who idealized the Lu Pacheco Events and Marketing Promo. Working as an Event Consultant and Management Supervisor of the tourism segment enterprises. Developed activities like: Course and Training instructor for Hotel, Restaurant, actions of Hospitality, Revenue Management and Events Team Coordinator. About Marketing Promo; I'm working with Promotion strategy, Communication, Art design & Social media monitoring.

Currently, I am reconciling my time as: Freelance writing for web platforms and front desk management, in a Guest House. Realized work activities in the state of Espirito Santo and Rio de Janeiro. I've also visit some countries, travelled to: Germany - Cologne, Argentina - Buenos Aires, Chile - Santiago and China - Hong Kong. That was amazing and a nice time.
