Hello. I am the daughter of the ghosts. I am the last 'living' ghost existed from the Vondergeists, the royal-blooded ghost family.

Why did i became a ghost?

Well, I don't really like it when people are asking me why did I became a ghost. I find it rather offensive. But, let me explain.

My family, lived by the King George II era, which was on 1700s. Under his rule, my family had a peaceful life, until the War of Jenkin's ear, with Spain, happened. The tension between each country was abnormally strong. My dad, Franklin Duttingham, and my older brother, Dennis, they joined the military and went to the war. They were killed on the battlefield. Neither did my Dad, or my brother survived. But our country won. And soon enough, my Mom, Theresa, lost her sanity and she suffered her whole life, waking up every morning only to find her bed empty, and cold. She was asking where my Dad went, but I can never tell her anything since I don't know what to say--She was unable to face the fact that her first son and husband would never stepped into the door again. Tragic enough.

I was the one who tried my best to feed my family, by working as a pastry chef for the royal family, which was no other than the family of the King George II himself.

My Mom passed away from a disease and... So did my little sister, Caroline.

Few years later, I died from the continuing war the Jacobites established. My house was attacked and I was killed with a knife stabbed into my throat while I was asleep, leaving me bleeding to death. It wasn't painful, though. I've had enough with my life... I would be able to see and gather with my family again in heaven. My death was painful, but soon enough, it turns into a peaceful one. I saw my whole family standing in front of the people with their hands reaching out to me, and I reached my Mom's hands. I almost forgot how soft... and somehow soothing they were.

Turns out that in the end, my family were never sent to heaven. Our souls were lost and trapped in the Underworld, a place where dark souls are demanding their freedom. And vengeance.

We never figured out our reason why did we end up here, was it because of the death of the entire family was... abnormally tragic? Maybe.

Our family changed our last name from Duttingham into Vondergeist. We became the strongest ghost family 'alive'.
