Lutfi Zakhour

Born in Beirut, Lebanon in 1978 Grew up in sleepy, sandy Abu Dhabi, UAE - very different to the bustling and happening city it now is.

Lived in Montreal, Canada and completed my undergrad in Electrical Engineering. After the company I worked with after graduation went bankrupt, spent an amazing 6 months of my life unemployed!

Moved back to the Middle East and started work with a consulting firm - have since worked in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt, Libya, Kuwait, UAE, Lebanon, ...

Lived in France and Singapore while getting my MBA at INSEAD. That was a riot - met some amazing people and traveled extensively with them.

Came back to work with the same firm in the Middle East, but not before meeting my lovely wife, Mouna, at a wedding (where else). I proposed four months later and got married the following year.

We recently had our first child, Layal. Amazing how a person discovers a well of emotions upon becoming a parent!
