What you eat in private, you wear in public!

This is one of my core beliefs. With this in mind, my daily focus is to help individuals (children and adults) to live healthier and happy lives by promoting sustainable, affordable, and attainable nutritional practices that enhance quality lives.

I am a Nutritionist and Dietician currently living in Kampala, Uganda, on a mission of building people's confidence and helping them and or their loved ones take another shot at healthy living even after numerous unsuccessful attempts.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master's degree in Public Health from Makerere School of Public Health. I have experience working in different nutrition disciplines, including clinical, community, and emergency nutrition.

My major roles have included providing interventions and training for individuals and groups in educational institutions, private establishments, government, and non-governmental organizations. My services include but are not limited to one on one nutrition consultations, nutrition workshops, coaching, and training.

My interests range from Nutrition to writing. I am a Public Speaker and a corporate emcee too.
