Luvina Beckley

An accomplished administrative leader with expertise in both the private and public sectors, Luvina Beckley holds a master of science in health services administration from California State University San Bernardino, and a bachelor of science in business from the University of Nevada. Luvina Beckley is also trained in Six Sigma e3p3, a lean operational methodology that deals with program implementation and emphasizes the evaluation and perfection stages of the program implementation process.

For over a quarter century, Ms. Beckley has served as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Advisor at M.H.M. & Associates. Her responsibilities with M.H.M. revolve around grant and resource development, as well as community revitalization initiatives. Under her leadership, M.H.M. has helped grow the capacities of businesses, further the skills of their existing and prospective employees, and improved economic, environmental, and social conditions in cities across America. To further these efforts, Luvina Beckley also chairs the M.H.M. subsidiary, the National Resource Development Council for Local Governments.
