I am Dr. Jules GARSAULT, a recognized expert in high-sensitivity telecommunications systems with a strong academic background and an entrepreneurial spirit. In 2015, I earned my Master’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the École Supérieure Polytechnique de Nantes on a full government scholarship. I then pursued a Ph.D. at the École Nationale Supérieure Polytechnique de Grenoble, successfully defending my thesis in 2019, followed by a post-doctorate in Telecommunications at the University Grenoble Alpes in 2021.

My research has led to groundbreaking innovations, including an international patent for a communication system capable of transmitting and receiving information below the noise threshold—an achievement supported by renowned institutions such as CNRS, INPG, UGA, and USMB. My work was recognized with the National Innovation Award i-PhD, a prestigious accolade that celebrated my innovative approach to ultra-sensitive telecommunications and communications embedded within noise.

In August 2021, I founded PROES, a company specializing in private satellite telecommunications. Under my technical leadership as CTO, PROES rapidly emerged as a key player in the sector, earning the esteemed DeepTech label in 2022 and receiving vital support from Bpifrance. I further advanced our innovative edge by filing two additional patents, one of which is internationally protected by the European Patent Office.

Parallel to my work in technology and innovation, I offer consulting services to individuals wishing to settle in France through my venture, LuxeVisa. Drawing on my extensive experience with French educational, financial, and administrative systems—and leveraging a robust network of strategic relationships with key French institutions—I provide personalized, efficient guidance to simplify the often complex transition into the French administrative and economic landscape.
