My name is Luyanda Landi Nxumalo. I come from a very large family. I am originally from KwaZulu Natal however, I reside in Johannesburg. Currently, I am pursuing Bachelor of Education majoring in IsiZulu and School Library and Information Centre Support at the University of Johannesburg.

I am passionate and goal driven when it comes to educating people, be it about something that is academical or anything in general. Interacting with people who are like minded and share the same goals with me is what I love to do. This makes a good team player as well as someone who can easily work with other people. I have good communication, writing and listening skills.

I am a self-motivated, and a disciplined soul. I am always keen to up-skill myself by learning new things whenever I get the chance. I would characterize myself as an ambitious and enthusiastic young student teacher who hopes to bring positivity to each classroom as well as to the staff room. I love being around children and generally children love being around me.

Analytical approach, my human touch to the situations, my appreciable communication and presentation skills are my strengths. I believe in being realistic. In my free time I enjoy baking, shopping, going to the gym and learning new languages. I play rugby, and I am a huge fan as well.
