I was at my peak weight at 192 pounds. I was out of shape and very non active. I never liked working out eating healthy.

I knew that I needed to do something but just let it worsen over time. The reality check when I went to my doctors and was told that I was pre- diabetic and was pre- hypertensive. I would have to take pills for the rest of my life to keep my life.
