I'm an High School graduate plus have taken 1+ years at Wentworth School of Technology, in Boston, MA, working towards a "Building Constuction Technology". Unfortunetly, I was not able to finish due to the early death of my father, this meant I had to spend full time back working as a custom home super. I eventualy moved to Houston, TX, during there construction boom in the latter 70's/early 80's. My partner from MA also come and we formed a multi-specialty framing, truss (floor and roof) sheathing company. We buillt mostly multifamily condo's and apartments. When the boom slowed I went back to MA and was invited to work for one of the areas largest developers,The Flatly Co., as a project super on Sheridan hotels, office and R&D; parks, shopping malls and multi-families. After +/- 1 year I was promoted to "project manager" and ran +25 million dollors in project at a time per year. I eventualy was promoted to "vice president of construction" of the hotel division. I have MA supers license (unrestricted), AIA contract spec writer certifacation, MA and Federal (HUD) hazardous waste (lead, asbestos, etc.) testing and abatement supervisors licenses along with many years of conceptual and actual budgeting, bid coordinating and awarding along with change order negotiation, scheduling, subcontractor reguest for payment approvals, etc. Unfortunetly, I was hit from behind in a car accident which has caused me to have 7 discectomy (cervical and lumbar) over the years. After my 4th surgury I could not work any longer so I had to go on disability. After a few more surguries am getting much more mobile and am now anxcious to get back to my love, constuction, any type of supervisory, project management, plan reading and budgeting.

I plan to eventualy get my FL supers/contractors licenses.
