I am a Certified Transformation Life Coach, Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Negative Emotional Therapy Practitioner, Breathwork Practitioner and Employee-Wellness Consultant at Lerwesa (Pty) Ltd. Located in South Africa, Polokwane. We offer services that empower your growth as an individual, through our corporate programs and for children through the Breathing Club program.

My journey with Life Coaching began in 2017, after I moved from the corporate space in pursuit of living a more balanced life. I had been living a life with limited capacity to handle or understand my emotions and my purpose. The reality of being drained and feeling like I didn't belong in the spaces that I was in. Led me to find deeper connection with myself and seek to expand my capacity for emotional management for optimal functioning.

I got introduced to Breathwork in pursuit of what felt like a missing puzzle in my journey. She (Breathwork) left an impression that was hard to ignore. I had to go back and get acquainted with her. She introduced me to a me that I had never experienced with love and compassion. A version of myself that I had been looking for in others. She was always there, waiting for me to connect with her as consciously as I possibly could. Breathwork allowed me to visit my inner child, she allowed me to be in her company from a place that only her and I could connect. Old wounds came up, it gave us an opportunity to start a journey of healing. A journey that is different but loving. A journey of connecting the dots, the same dots that are part of expanding the puzzle of my life, dreams and purpose.

It began with the awareness, taking the responsibility and accountability of knowing that I control the decision about the quality of life I want to live. I seeked help. I went through training and studied to be in a position to hold a space of safety for others. Change brought in magic and through the lenses of magic. The exploration of the different breathwork techniques, the ART of empowerment through breathwork transformed the essence of my being.
