Yen-Ting Chen
Yen-Ting Chen comes from Taiwan. At this moment, Yen-Ting Chen is a HRD department graduated student in PSU now, who must graduate in December 2012. Previously, His major was Electronic Engineering in Chang-Gung University. he had been the leader of several clubs, and had the ability to plan, manage, and execute activities over hundred people by himself. In the HR department, I gained a lot of useful lesions in the past one and half year. There are three main subjects, which are training and development, organization development and career development. There are also four territories, which are organization job design, HR planning, performance management system, and selection and staffing. Studying these classes makes him own the abilities to design intervention and instructional material of training solely. About the leadership, he realizes the different relationships between different kind of leaders and workers. Workforce development analysis can let him understand the distribution of human resource in the market. This is very important for enterprises to establish their developing plains of worker. Professional presentation teaches him how to use body language, voice control and virtual media to attract audience, and understand the relationship between audience's real need and the content of lecture. When processing the HR plain, he also has the abilities to write project sheet, schedule, and several different working tables. Therefore, owning so many abilities, he has the great confident to become an outstanding HR.
