We are located in Rakovnik, which is about 40 km near Prague, the Czech Republic.

Our core business is the application of nanotechnologies in the polymer industry.
We mainly focus on R&D and industrial manufacturing of special compounds and injection molding, extrusion of the final products (based on our compounds).

Our know-how - materials, and properties. But we can supply turnkey projects and technologies for a particular product manufacturing.

Here is the list of the topics we are interested in:

• We are interested in purchasing a special Injection molding technology.
  We need the highest possible injection pressure (2500-3000 Bar) with minimum nozzle diameters of 0.3-0,5mm.
• We are interested in purchasing an extrusion line for multilayer pipes with winding of fibers or aluminium strips.
  Using materials such as
  PES + 30 GF - inner layer 3 mm
  • PPS + 40% - 65% GF - external 1 mm
• We are interested in purchasing of AFPT technology, winding plastic-impregnated fibers to form pipes.

• We are interested in purchasing of high-speed mixing equipment (hot powder polymer mixing with heating by self-friction).
• We are interested in purchasing of large hot presses for molds 500 x 500 mm and more.
• We are interested in all technologies good for processing the UHDPE (Ultra-High Density Polyethylene).
• We are interested to purchase RAW materials special PE, PA66, PES, PPS and others.
• We are interested in purchasing of ultrasound defectoscopes for polymer items analyses.
• Technologically advanced heating of polymers, such as Laser tech, microwaves etc. for LDPE and PC.
