La Toro Yates, Ph.D.

I work closely with the Head researcher at Seton Hall University on a New Jersey High School Research Fellowship at a rural high school in the southern part of the state. My responsibilities include co-leading the research team that developed a protocol used to collect interview data from guidance counselors and coordinate the scheduling of the interview sessions within the department. Both responsibilities require significant amounts of leadership, development of relationships within the school and community, and delegation of responsibilities.
