I always thought there should be something more to work than just money. When I created my first business back on 2005 (Dinamon), the dream was to create a people-centric company. A business that would allow people to grow, learn and improve their social and ecological environment.

I experienced myself many of the obstacles, disappointments and setbacks that anyone can suffer when you decide to walk this path.

That’s why my commitment to the task of reformulating the role of companies and the concept of work itself is now stronger than ever. We shouldn’t just work in order to live. Instead our work should be a mean to enjoy life itself.
