Lydet PIDOR is an educator, entrepreneur, and Chevening Scholar dedicated to shaping the future generation of global learners. He combines innovation-driven education with inclusive development to support young people in navigating the future of work and society.
As the Founding CEO of Tech for Kids Academy (TKA), Lydet has built one of the region’s emerging platforms for digital literacy, STEM, entrepreneurship education, and innovation programs for youth. His mission centers on equipping students with foundational digital skills, computational thinking, creativity, and problem-solving capabilities—skills essential for global competitiveness.
His initiatives span kids to pre-universities levels and involve collaborations with the government, international schools, and global partners. These partnerships promote responsible digital citizenship, strengthen information literacy, and open international pathways for students through competitions, exchange programs, and global education ecosystems.
Beyond program development, Lydet advocates for an inclusive learning environment where technology becomes a tool for empowerment rather than a barrier.
