As a young girl growing up, my aspirations were always larger than life, I always had grand ideas for my life and I still do. Now at 21, the great thing is that I am living the reality of my dreams and working to see those visions as a little girl come into fruition. As a woman, I have a natural desire to see other women succeed. This may be unique for me, but I do believe that it is essential to uplift other women to realize their full potential. I believe there is room for every woman at the table. I have had a lot of mentors throughout the years, who uplifted me, showed me the way, guided and advised me. They took the time out of their busy schedules to see me succeed and it is my turn to put it forward.
I am an open-minded person, dynamic, practical and reflective. This has enabled me to come up with ideas and put them to practice. I value understanding, respect and humility. These have been my life weapons that have enabled me to take each experience as a lesson, focusing on possibilities rather than limitations. As a leader, one of the challenges that I have faced is dealing with many people from different backgrounds. With time, I have been able to understand and value human diversifications.
