Since I was five years old, I was expressiong myself with a pencil and paper. I loved being given a blank sheet and making it something that I could cover with drawings from doodles to sketches, leaving barely any white on the paper. I thought that was the only form of art until I wrote my first paper. I could argue a point without worrying about saying the wrong thing because I could think of the words I wanted to say. With writing you can take anything and form an logical opinion, with evidence and support. Writing has helped both the people and the individual. Writing can change minds and laws, can change ideas and cause progress. But most of all I have learned that writing can cause inspiration. I can say I have grown as a writer and as an artist. I have found another way to express myself, another way to for people to see what I am about. It is a nice contrast to a drawing or painting. It gave me a voice.
