Lyle Dean

Professionally, I am a Senior Application Developer. I daily help my company operate better by understanding and analyzing our business and allowing my business partners to collect and analyze data more thoroughly and accurately. I've provided solutions using arcplan Enterprise, Lumensoft BI+, Cubeware, .NET, PHP, multiple data source back-ends from Hyperion suite to SQL Server to Oracle and even using windows automation scripting to improve processes. I'm currently employed by MetLife.

I also volunteer my time as an application developer with a non-profit organization I really believe in called Simply God 101. Within this organization, I have developed the backend system that manages and maintains our text message subscriber lists, allows the content creators to send devotional and inspirational text MMS messages to our subscriber lists including hundreds of users 3 times each week.

Outside of work, I love working with anything mechanical, digital, or combination of the two. I design and program web pages including my wife's photography business, modify and improve cars, fix things around the house, and try to improve anything around me.

I love the outdoors especially taking our boat to the lake for an afternoon of wakeboarding, skiing, and kneeboarding.

I also really enjoy the time I get to spend mentoring youth as a volunteer with our church youth ministry. I truly believe that we grow most when we are concious about helping others grow in their lives.
