That will give you the peace and purpose in your life that transcends all the changes, good or not so good. That's when you choose to use your networks, experience, talents, gifts and leadership style in your circle of influence.

Know what you want. Go out and do it! Make a difference in your community, whether that be family, friends, neighbourhoods or countries.
