THE STORY... Since 1996, my professional roles have been influenced by my digital environment. I began my journey in Zimbabwe as a PA and an intern industrial psychologist. I embraced the Tradanet Helpdesk and provided support and training both to their retail and financial clients. Central Africa Building Society invited me to join them as their new Ecommerce Marketing Manager where I worked on several projects relating to launching and supporting Internet Banking, establishing Call Centre support for their Internet and financial clients and integrating the above with their internal Customer Relationship Management and Platinum Club projects. Whilst raising my young family in an 'interesting' Zimbabwean environment, I worked part time teaching both adults and children. Shortly after immigrating to South Africa, I set up a business that specialised in developing sites and profiles for small businesses, 'getting them noticed' and coaching and enabling Small Business Owners to manage their own digital profiles. I have spent the last few years in the role of Digital Director for FUZE Creative Agency 'inhaling' and sharing as much knowledge and experience as possible in various digital projects.
