No one knows how to overcome the challenges life throws at you more than Lynda Holt. Wheelchair bound since birth, Lynda has won silver medals in both shot put and discus at the Sydney 2000 Paralympics and understands how self-doubt, lack of confidence and fear can inhibit a person from reaching their full potential.

Lynda's working life began in the corporate world, first in recruitment and then in the medical emergency field. During this time Lynda also succeeded in becoming a Clinical Hypnotherapist & NLP Trainer and created the Live Well Centre in the heart of Crows Nest.

Lynda has now amalgamated her skills and experience and along with Christopher Hardy have created School of Infinite Learning

The School of Infinite Learning was created to fill a void in the physical fitness sector where trainers and clients weren’t achieving their respective goals due to a lack of communication, a poor mindset and a need for behavioural change.

Mind and body wellness is paramount to us living life to the fullest without limitations. To achieve our potential in life, we can learn and master the principles of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), which teaches us the essential skills required to communicate effectively, become agents of change and to model desired behaviours.
