I am the creator of the blog The Young American, my little space to babble on about style, fashion, beauty recommendations, and David Bowie.

My name is Lyndee Boyce, I’m 21 years old from Minnesota, currently living in Chicago. I’m currently a fashion design student at Columbia College Chicago, with an interest in textile design, as well as styling. I am currently working at Topshop as a personal shopping assistant.

My goals for my future are to become a creative director of a fashion house, as well as to dabble in fashion journalism in my spare time.
