An Australian artistic manager of Digital Engagement including digital and social media analyst, digital accessibility advocate, user experience, internet marketing and website producer.

Over 21 years (since the heat of the 1997 dot com boom) in the digital industry creating and managing client's websites, social media and multimedia. Currently pursues with vast interests in the area of digital engagements and analysis, provide consultations on user experience and digital accessibility.

Lyndon also specialises in sports management for disabilities - he is one of the co-founders of Efficere Sports International. An advocate of equality of opportunity for Deaf athletes via United Nations Human Rights and Olympic Ethos; promotes specialist consultancy support for sports leadership and management, facilitates significant relations with national and international sports movement on corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Volunteer - Supporting communities:

Lyndon has been passionate to be involved and supporting deaf sports around the world as one of his personal interests, largely thanks to having represented for Australian Deaf Basketball Team at the Deaflympic Games.

Lyndon has served a 4-year term (2007-2011) as the President of the world governing body for deaf basketball – Deaf International Basketball Federation (DIBF). Overseeing the basketball developments for deaf youth, coaches and referees. Managing the regional and world championships. Liaising and cooperating FIBA as the primary supporter of DIBF.

Although he has been on DIBF board since 2001 until he stepped down in 2011 when he has completed the presidential term. Currently, he voluntarily chairs the DIBF Media Commission and Interim President of DIBF Europe.
