I am the proud owner of a 1911 Queen Anne in the coolest zip code around- the '07! With lots of help from my family and my long time boyfriend, Raul, renovations started in 2012 and it's taken every ounce of our creativity, deal searching and DIY skills to take this house from sad to Awesome with a capital 'A'! We love our neighborhood and getting the opportunity to bring back some splendor to the south side has brought us the greatest amount of pride and accomplishment. I am so excited to write about and share everything from our crazy mishaps to the DIY ideas that make this house so unique. We love working on this giant canvas of art we call our home.
